Refund Policy
At Modelmacher, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund for items returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- All original packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
📦 How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to cancel your contract, you may use the following form. However, using this form is not mandatory.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions including the return address.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

⏳ Refund Timeline
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the transaction.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom-made products, including items with personalized names, custom colors, or any other made-to-order specifications
- Any item not in original condition or returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please note: Because each custom item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
💡 Missing or Delayed Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take a few days for the refund to appear.
- Contact your bank – processing time can vary.
